The power of plants

It is said that, in Ancient Rome, white lupine seeds were once used as coins by Roman actors in their plays and comedies. Today, the white lupine is used as a “green” fertilizer thanks to its roots which have the capacity to enrich the soil with nitrogen. Throughout history, white lupine seeds have been used by humankind as food and for their medicinal benefits.
