MY LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. How does the loyalty program work?

    Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program. Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarinsnewzealand.co.nz and through other means (for example, completing your profile with us, or participating in bonus point events!). The more points you earn, the higher your status and the more benefits you enjoy—including discovery sizes and full-size product rewards & Loyalty Vouchers that you can spend online.

    RED STATUS: 0-299 points

    SILVER STATUS: 300 – 699 points

    GOLD STATUS: 700+ points

    Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend Online (excluding delivery charges, Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers and e-Gift Card purchases).

    When you place an order (after clicking on ‘CALCULATE’ at checkout to view how many points you will receive for your purchase), your points will be allocated to your account. Points acquired will appear in your account but will not be activated until 7 days have passed.

    After 7 days, the earned reward points will be released and added to your available reward points balance.

    Points are valid for 12 rolling months from date of issue.

    After reaching 250 points you will be eligible to redeem a reward from the Club Clarins rewards catalogue. As well as containing trial-size and full-sized products, you can also elect to redeem a $25, $50 or $100 Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher. Once redeemed, the Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher will appear at checkout, ready to be used on your order!

    Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers expire 90 days from the date of issue. Please be aware that your vouchers cannot be applied to an order total of a lower value than the voucher.
  2. How do I earn points?

    When you place qualifying orders on www.clarinsnewzealand.co.nz, you will automatically earn Reward Points to use toward future purchases when signed into your online account.

    All registered customers will receive points, but you must remember to click ‘CALCULATE’ at checkout to trigger the points calculation. The total displayed here will tell you how many points you have earned through the transaction.

    You can receive points in several ways:

    * $1 spent = 1 point on qualifying products (not including delivery charges, Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher Codes or Online Gift Voucher purchases)

    * Sign up to Club Clarins (Create an account) = 30 bonus points

    * Complete your Clarins profile by filling in your birthday = 5 bonus points

    * Shop during special events and promotions
  3. How do I check my points?

    Your Clarins reward balance is displayed in your Account under 'My Club Clarins'.

    The 'My points recap' tab will show your points history and any Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers that you have waiting to be used. This page will also show you the next lot of points that are due to expire.
  4. I have already made a purchase on www.clarinsnewzealand.co.nz; do I already have a Club Clarins account on the website?

    If you have an existing clarins.com.au account with us, you have automatically been transferred to Club Clarins.

    Placing a guest checkout order without a registered Clarins account means that you are not in Club Clarins, and orders processed through guest checkout (and not attributed to a registered account) will not earn you any points.
  5. How many points do I receive for a purchase?

    Purchasing products grants you 1 point for $1 (not including delivery charges, Loyalty Voucher Codes or Online Gift Voucher purchases.)
  6. How do I use my available points?

    Login to your Club Clarins account and go to ‘Choose My Rewards’ in ‘My Club Clarins’. Once you’ve selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout with any other products that you are purchasing.

    For the redemption of Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers (expiry is 90 days from the date of issue), you must select the Loyalty Voucher in the rewards catalogue. Once redeemed, the Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher will appear at checkout, ready to be used! Please note that once a Club Clarins Loyalty Voucher has been redeemed, you cannot return it for points or monetary value.

    For orders only containing complimentary product rewards, the order will incur the regular shipping fee (except for GOLD Status customers, who receive free shipping). Orders that include purchased products in addition to redeemed rewards will ship free if the purchase is $75 or over.

    Once you have redeemed your reward, the points will be deducted from your Rewards balance

    Clarins points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for products and Loyalty Vouchers from www.clarinsnewzealand.co.nz.

    Loyalty codes are linked to your account and can only be used once.

    If an order which generated points is refunded, the amount of points originally granted will be deducted from your pending balance.
  7. Reward status

    When you log onto your Account and click on the 'My points recap’ section, you will be able to view your available points, points that are next set to expire and their expiry date in 'My Club Clarins'.

    Available points are points that have been allocated to you through purchases or other Club Clarins activity and can be used straight away for qualifying redemptions.

    Any points made through a purchase will take 7 days to process and be able to be used.

    Points are valid for 12 rolling months and any issued Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers have an expiry date of 90 days from date of issue.

    For Silver and Gold tier members, membership in that status will last for a rolling 12 months before reverting back to your previous status.
  8. What happens to my points/voucher if I don't use them before they expire?

    Unfortunately, if your points are not used within the rolling 12 month timeframe then they become void so be sure to regularly check your next batch of expiring points in your ‘My points recap’ section of your account. Club Clarins Loyalty voucher codes expire 90 days from the date of issue.
  9. Why aren't my points updating?

    Points are applied to your account 7 days from date of purchase, and only if you were logged in when you made your purchase and clicked ‘CALCULATE’ before completing the checkout process. If your points have not updated please contact cutomer care.
  10. Can my voucher be combined with other promotional offers?

    Club Clarins Loyalty Vouchers can be combined with other promotional offers.
